1. The Design Brief
The journey of transforming spaces commences with comprehensive client consultations, wherein our design team deeply grasps the core requirements and unique personality of each client. This ensures that the final design outcome resonates with our client’s vision and character, and creates a sense of belonging within the space. At this stage, we communicate our deliverables and design fee in the design proposal submitted to the client.
2. Conceptualisation and Design Development
A site analysis including measurements and inspection of current site conditions are conducted. Our design team then begins exploring materials, themes and spatial requirements. Conceptualization and design development follow, where ideas manifest into sketches, mood boards, 3D Visualisations and layouts integrating furniture, colour palettes, lighting and other interior finishes.
3. Discussion and Final Design
The design is submitted to and reviewed by the client and their feedback is used to further develop and fine tune the design. Once the final design is approved by the Client, we move on to the next stage.
